There are three Sample
Quarterly Reports contained in one MS Word file.
1. RIGHT CLICK ONLY on the "Envelope" below that corresponds to the letter you wish to download. DO NOT LEFT CLICK on the envelope picture!!
2. Click "Save Target As." This will bring up a save dialog box.
3. Select the folder/location on your computer where you would like to save the file.
4. Open and customize the files.
(These Letters are formatted in MS Word version
95, which means that most versions of MS Word will be
able to read them without
