file individually
OR
Download everything at once in a zipped format.
1. RIGHT CLICK ONLY on the "Letter Name" below that you wish to download. DO NOT LEFT CLICK
2. Click "Save Target As." This will bring up a save dialog box.
3. Select the folder/location on your computer where you would like to save the file.
4. Repeat this for each letter/file you wish to download OR just do it for the ZIPPED file - it contains all the letters and instructions (click here for the ZIPPED file).
5. Open and customize the files.

1. RIGHT CLICK ONLY on the "Envelope" below. DO NOT LEFT CLICK on the envelope picture or the descriptive text hyperlink!!
2. Click "Save Target As." This will bring up a save dialog box.
3. Select the folder/location on your computer where you would like to save the ZIPPED file.
4. In order to open the file from your computer, you will need to download a WinZip program (unless you already have this or some other program that "unzips" a zipped file). To download a Free Evaluation Version of WinZip 9.0, click here. (You will have to install WinZip in order for it to work).
5. Use the WinZip program to open and customize the files.
